camp torolago was a nice experience. Unfourtnutely, there was a lot of favorism over cetrain groups of people(or family members). It made alot of the campers feel uncomfartable. The food was terrible, cold, and on a short supply. The overnight camp was pretty grusome. but the day camp takes the cake. Do not go back to the day camp. I have yet to see the new overnight camp so i cant be certain. |

Great family atmoshphere, and there was no activity that was not at our disposal. Became close friends with lots of the other campers. |

This camp is seriously a waste of money. Terrible directors. The unit heads weren't as bad (daniel oziel is amazing). The owner... can't comment, because my mother taught me to keep my mouth shut when i have something bad to say about someone. The councillers and the CITs were amazing, and them and campers made my experience. Please do not go to this camp. There is no more overnight torolago, but there is a day camp. Please don't go to it. I beg you. |

inexperienced and irresponsible directors doesn't make for a succesful camp. i was never shown and i never signed my contract regarding pay incriments. they dismiss staff a day before camp ends to avoid paying them the bulk of what they are entitled too (still less than min. wage). everything is done in cash to save taxes and its all about cost saving. my sister went to the camp and said the activties were the same everyday. if they put more money into the activies and food not to mention properly paying staff I think they could really make it enjoyable. |

My daughter went to the day camp during this summer.The activies are the same everyday and there was very little change each day. The classrooms stank of chemical cleaners and gave her a headache. The food was often cold, stale and often not enough was ordered leaving some campers to have nothing. All the staff I met were excellent. I heard from a family member that the new management underpaid the staff and short changed several of them 100s of dollars. The whole place was all about cost saving and cutting corners. I cannot comment on the overnight camp. I doubt its any better. |
