I've only gone one year and it is the best place in the world! The counselors are so nice and the activities at night time are so fun. Color war is awesome! My friends are so nice and fun to be with. |

I had heard good things, but I think there were some kids that were very superficial. More so than I expected even at that age. My daughter's bunkmate seemed to be ostracized, because she didn't have the right clothes or bedspread and other inane stuff. I am not sure if we will return next year. |

Camp Wayne has changed my daughter's life. She is going on her 6th summer at camp and every year it seems to get better and better. The girls she has become friends with are almost like sisters and though they don't all live in the same area - they keep in touch and will be friends for life. Camp teaches you how to be independent and make smart choices and how your decisions affect others without having your parents over your shoulder the whole time. Camp Wayne is the perfect place for girls to learn how to grow up into strong, independent and caring young women. |

Camp Wayne is my favorite place in the world! So far i have spent 2 summers there and I cant wait to return for my 3rd next year. Everyone at camp is so down to earth and honest. all the staff are very nice and dont get frustrated with you when you mess something up. We have an amazing art program, and color war is awesome! Anyone who has 1 bad thing to say about cwg is CRAZY! |

As a camper I have went to wayne for 7 years. These past 7 summers gave me the experience of a lifetime! I have made the best camp friends and made the bonds with staff that will last forever! Camp Wayne has the most caring and loving staff that are so friendly. Our facilities are beautiful and amazing. Our campus is not to big or small. We have a beautiful lake which we share with boyside. Our activities are always fun! We have lots of activities and you get to try everything in camp. We have a hobby hour everyday to go to your favorite activities and get more time to learn and get better. The staff understands everybody and cares for everybody. You can go to anyone and they would be happy to solve your problem or just talk. Camp has held one of the most important things in my childhood and I am so glad that I am part of Camp Wayne. |

I am going on to my 8th year at camp. The day i came to camp to tour i knew for sure this was the place i wanted to go. Not to small not to big. Groups of people came up to me throughout the day and made me feel so welcome. The Next year I went to Wayne. I wouldn't ever trade in any of my summers for the ones I've experienced at Wayne. The Bonds I've made are inseparable. I'm proud to say I have 33 sisters and 33 best friends at Wayne. The staff really cares about you. Every Friday is creative service, as an evening activity, all built around friendship and life skills that will help you find your way with people. These skills will also help you outside of camp.My Mom has suggested i go on a teentour for a couple summers and take a break from Wayne, but I know that I want to stay till i become a councilor. Each year just gets better and better. I think anyone who has toured the camp would be crazy not to send their kids there. When I come to camp every summer i always feel at home<3 |

I sent my daughter to wayne for the first time last summer and she had an absolute blast! She made amazing friends she still talks about almost every single day! Although I missed her dearly this past summer, I cannot imagine not sending her back next summer and every summer after! I am also very thankful the staff were so patient with her when she was homesick. It's hard to send your children away for 7 weeks, but at least I know at Wayne they are in good hands! |

worst experience of my life, the girls were mean the counsler was terrible and i hurt myself by accident and NO ONE BELIEVED ME! the counselors didn't care when we got into fights and everything was blamed on me. the art area was nice but that was about the only good thing about it. i spent 1 summer here and i will never let anyone i know go here ever again. |

CAMP WAYNE IS AN AMAZING CAMP! THIS SUMMER I AM RETURNING AND IT WILL BE MY 8TH SUMMER. THE PAST 7 SUMMERS HAVE BEEN THE BEST OF MY LIFE AND I WOULDN'T TRADE THEM FOR ANYTHING. EVER SINCE THE DAY I GOT TO THE CAMP I KNEW THAT IS WAS THE PERFECT PLACE! I DON'T THINK YOU COULD MEET SUCH AMAZING PEOPLE ANYWHERE ELSE. THIS CAMP IS MY TRUE HOME! <3 WAYNE!!! |

This summer I am starting Camp Wayne for Girls. The staff are incredible and they have the best lake. There are rock-climbing walls and obstacle courses and other fun things. Their camp outfitter is the camp spot, (when you sign up you get a catalog in the mail, CAMP WAYNE ROX!!!! :-) |

CAMP WAYNE FOR GIRLS IS AMAZING I AM GOING TO BE A CIT THERE THIS SUMMER AND I AM REALLY REALLY REALLY EXCITED ABOUT IT :) the opportunities camp has given me in life are indescribable. it changed me as a person in wonderful ways. my 8 summers i spent as a camper can not be traded for anything and that is why i am returning for a 9th year. i am obsessed with camp and fit right in. it is like disney world but better. camp wayne is something that has to be experienced to be able to fully understand its beauty |

I also go to this camp and i can honestly say that it is the absolute best thing that has ever happened to me. ive been going for 8 years and i love it so much. for anyone that rated any of these less than 5's that's a complete lie. I have never met so many incredible people in my life. the friends you make here are your friends for life. i speak to these girls every day and whenever i dont im thinking about them and wayne. this is the place where you truly find yourself and you can be open with everyone and just be yourself. you dont have to put on an act for anyone because theyre all so understanding and accepting. i've loved my summers at wayne and wouldnt trade them for anything. |

group had 2 very homesick girls this past summer-really made the group depressed. during color was it was a skit- sad. also counselor was drinking then around group and never fired. |

I am a camper at camp wayne and the experiences that I have there changed my life forever. I can truly say that it is a "nice people place" The campers there are the sweetest thing. Camp Wayne had made me a better, stronger person.. thank you noel and george i <3 u |

okay, for anyone who something bad about this camp is absolutly insane. Ive gone for 8 years and it is my life. There is nowhere else in the world i'd ever be. It is by far the most amazing place in the entire world. Ive only been home for 2 months, and already i want to go back. Camp Wayne will be my second home forever and ever. :) |

Although the owners are very experienced, the counselors, who they spend an incredible amount of time interviewing, are not equipped to handle bunk issues. These issues escalate to owners, despite all the time they spend to recruit. The camp is completely rigid about changing groupings of girls. They recognize that they can't predict personalities when they assign new campers to bunks, but won't change them for the following year when the personalities don't mesh. As a result, girls get stuck and their only recourse is to not return to the camp. |

this camp helps me when im having a problem with a friend and doesn't let one go by. it can be a little freaky how much love is in the camp. but other than that i absolutly love it. i can have my days but my bunk cheers me up right away. i wish i could live there forever. |

WOW. this camp is the BEST place to be. I would not have traded my summers there for anything in the world. I have made lifelong friends who are my sisters. There is no better camp-- and that is the truth... much love to the Upper Grads 2005. |

Camp Wayne is the most amazing camp in the world. We have been going there for 6/7 years. The bonds that we have with our friends will last forever. We visit eachother durring the winter. At Camp Wayne you make your best friends in the world. The faculty and staff is really good. Unless you get Mandy Annible she is mean. |

Great long time family run camp. Huge emphasis on couselor interview and selection process. Tremendous percentage of returning campers. Lots of heart lots of fun! |
