This camp was the best thing that happened to my son. He was/is bullied at his school at home and this camp gave him the opportunity to see how great he is among people that are accepting and kind. The counselors are all great examples and mentors to the kids. It usually takes 20 questions to get information out of my son, but after I picked him up, he was so talkative about all his wonderful experiences. I am getting ready to send him on the ranger program this year and couldn't be more excited for him. I also am relieved that I am confident he will be safe and well cared for. This will be our 3rd year for my son, who is 14 and am looking forward to having him go all the way through the program to be a counselor himself one day, to give back what he has been given. Can't say enough wonderful things about this place. Please send your children, it will create memories they will never forget and will boost self esteem and caring for others. |

AWESOME camp experience for my 10 and 12 year old boys. The 12yr went w/ friends and said it was the best experience of his life! he honestly thanked me for sending him. The 10 year old went on his own and is having a fabulous time! Swimming, horseback riding, archery, air rifles, nature hikes, kayaking and all sorts of great extras like music, card tricks, rangers program, arts, crafts. Wonderful camp experience and we highly recommend this camp! |

cAMP WAS mAWESOME. There was only like 60 campers. It was small and everybody knew eachother. You do stuff a couple of bunks(a village), so you made good friends with kids your age. I went for three years. I'd always win nan award called the white feATHER, which kids in your bunk vote for. The food was awesome. the only problem was that it got repetitive, and it was only two weeks long. It really was a camp for first time sleepa way's.q |
