my 2 children attend camp sesame and started out in the youngest bunk. They both LOVE it. They can't wait to come back every summer. The youngest bunk is staffed by a mom! As for the pool issue in the past, I felt it was handled very quickly and appropriately in a way that kept all the children as safe as possible. As for the directors, I do agree that they could be more welcoming and personable. Safety does seem to be a top priority. They handle kids with food allergies like my son's multiple food allergies well. Not one single reaction as it should be! I highly recommend this camp. |

that was the first camp i ever attended. i hated it there and never came back. the food was terrible, the counselors never paid attention to the kids and let them wonder off and the counselors were extremely mean to all of the kids in my group. |

Pool had several problems with cryptospyridia which closed the pool for several days. The year before (2006) several trees were knocked down and camp was closed. Director made the staff clean the place up and closed the entire facility and only paid a small portion to the families. It is cheaper to go to New York City and stay in a hotel then attend SRC. Kids are good, but directors need to work on being more friendly when you are not waving dollar bills in their faces |

I would give Sesame Rockwood 2 thumbs up and 100%. They are the best camp in the world!!!! |

Great camp! My kids just finished their 8th and 6th year respectively and absolutely love it! While expensive, investment into the camp is continuous with new additions and improvements each year. |

I went there when I was 5 or 6. The food was terrible. The staff let me wander off and I was lost for 3 hours and the quality of the activities were terrible. COMPUTERS was an activity. I can play on the computer at my house! |
