This camp was a fun experience. Since our leaders were teenagers too some of them payed more attention to their social lives than us. The activities were good but you were put in a group and had to stay in that group. Also some activities for cabin time were hard to get to. I was lucky and stayed in the burrows where there are several rooms attached into one with a bathroom built in. But the down side to this was that we rarely had electricity and the water was freezing cold and the toilets were holes which stunk up the entire burrows. (the other cabins were older and u had to walk to a bathroom). Sometimes i felt left out of the other kids during free time. The value was of the camp was pretty good. The food was great and you had a lot of choice in activities.We went to bed at 9 30ish and woke up at 7 25.Though i had a bad experience one night when i couldn't sleep because of all the big horse flies buzzing around and my cabin mates snoring.But overall it was a pretty good experience. |
