This camp is the best. I have been to many other camps but none have such a sense of community. When you go to camp you don't gain friends you gain a family. I look forward to this camp every year from the moment it ends. |

This camp has been a huge part of my life and I know it will continue to be. The place itself is amazing. There is no better place for a camp than on a peninsula on lake George. The location also allows for a wide variety of fun and exciting activities. Although the setting and activities are amazing, it is the people who make Adirondack camp a truly amazing place to be. The counselors are incredible at making life at camp fun while still having complete control and supervision over the campers. The environment created by the counselors also allows for the complete integration of all campers despite age or gender. People are so friendly and open you'll feel like part of the adirondack family the minute you step on the peninsula. HOW ADK!!!! |

This camp is amazing. Not only is it my second home but it had become a part of me. It has shaped me as a person, I don't believe I would be the person I am today without Adirondack Camp. It is truly an amazing place that helps me strive. It is the best summer over and over again. The people have become a huge part of my everyday life and the activities have taught me to challenge myself and has shown me my own slills that I wouldn't have known of without going to this camp. Adirondack is the best camp and has left footprints on my heart. |

The best camp ever. The spirit, the tradition, the camaraderie, the knowledge, the fun - it all gets passed down from one generation of campers to the next, imparting the place with something truly special, and far superior to camps with glitzier facilities. |

This is the most amazing and spectacular location for a child to spend a summer. The friends they make, the experiences they share, and the memories they build will remain with them for a life time. If you go to Adirondack Camp you have a support system for life. Noonway! |

This camp has truly made me the person who I am today. The counselors, administrators, and campers have shaped me to become a more independent and responsible person. When you go to Adirondack Camp, you make memories that will stay with you for your entire life and friendships that never end. I wish my summers here could be endless, for they have been the best ones. The activities challenge me while the staff help me to achieve my goals. I have overcome fears here and have also helped others to do the same. At Adirondack Camp everyone is one big family. We learn from each other. I have learned leadership skills through the blue/white competitions. Furthermore, i have developed skills with people from different cultures then mine. The international campers have allowed me to expand my horizons and grow strong bonds. The connections you make here are incredible. My love for this camp is indescribable. Adirondack will stay in my heart, I dread the day that i have to part. HOW ADIRONDACK! |

Honest to god, the best place on earth. The people, memories, activities, traditions, counselors, owners, directors, views, cabins, basically anything you can think of is great. Been going there for eight years and I plan on at least eight more. It's actually hard to put in to words what this place means to me. With out ADK I would not be the person who I am today. ADK has taught me so much over the years. Basically anything you want to do can happen. The camp is based entirely off of the campers, not money at all. Campers can pick what ever they want to do for that week, and if they don't love what they picked they more than likely can change it. The counselors are also great. A lot of them were campers before they were counselors so they really understand the true essence of what it takes to be a counselor at ADK. I honestly don't know what I'd do with out this place, and I wouldn't trade a day at ADK for anything. Really truly is something special. HOW ADK! |

Excellent Camp - from a parents perspective. Great activities, excellent staff, and you know they WATCH the kids make sure they are safe, and behave and don't get in trouble. |

This is my daughter's 4th year at ADK. She absolutely loves it - the friends, the counsellors, the stories, the cookies, the fun! A camp with values and traditions. |

I also attended as a camper and later spent many years as staff. The values, traditions and unwavering believe that campers should have a safe and supportive environment to be and challenge themselves are core reasons why this camp has sustained itself for over 100 years of continuous operation. Located in one of the most beautiful places on earth, Northern Lake George, Adirondack Camp offers a wide spectrum of traditional summer activities. The waterfront is of course one of the Camp's greatest assets. Sailing, Swimming, Kayaking, Waterskiing, Canoeing and Fishing are favorites. The staff members are all exceptionally skilled in their activities and many have attended this camp as children. This fact brings a deep understanding and creates a common bond between campers and staff as to the importance of a positive summer camp experience. The summers that are shared between campers seem to last a lifetime and the friendships made there, are those that withstand the test of time. |

I went to this camp for many many years as a camper and as a staff member. It has shaped who I am as a person and I wouldn't trade any second of my Adirondack Camp experience for anything. The staff are educators with a love for teaching. They all have expertise and certification in their various specialties, and bring about a huge amount of fun and trust to the camp. You will not find a more beautiful location for a summer camp. A penninsula located on a beautiful glacier lake, one of the cleanest lakes in America, in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains. The activities are extremely varied with a strong emphasis on waterfront. The trips program is a no brainer being located where they are. The staff certified and very knowledgable about the local trips areas. They cater the trips to all ages and all abilities. I went to this camp as a kid,then I was a counselor and now my child attends. It is filled with traditions yet keeps current for today's children. There isn't a more beautiful camp anywhere!! |
