Worth every penny. Elk Creek Ranch is one of my favorite places in the world. I got the opportunity to meet people from all over the country (and from other countries) and make amazing memories that I will remember forever. I got the chance to build amazing relationships with my peers and my horse. There is no other place I would rather spend my summers. If you are on the fence about going, I would definitely give it a try. I have never seen anyone regret going.

This was a life changing experience for my son where he learned about the great outdoors, horsemanship and living as if in the old west. Your child will come back a different person from when you last saw them at the airport. We barely recognized our son when he got off the plane, his first year! Give your child a gift that will he or she will remember for the rest of their life.

This wonderful camp has been run by the Ridgway family for 50 years now. I was a long time camper and then counselor. I would strongly recommend this camp to anyone interested in backpacking, fishing, horseback riding or just having a great time. I still have very close friends from my time here.
