The cost of the camp doesn’t match the effort of the staff. No attempt to get to know families or children. Security rushes drop off and pick up so you can barely hug your kids goodbye and there is no time to talk to counselors about what’s going on at camp. No introduction of the counselors so you don’t know who is watching your kids all day. (New process since Covid) Lack of diversity which does not reflect the surrounding area. Last minute decision to not include swimming at all which is a pretty big deal. Do not recommend this camp

Class sizes are large so the children spend much time waiting and little time doing. There is a breadth of activities which require a great deal of walking, thus consuming time in transit and wearing the kids out. Counselors are inattentive to kids joining half-way through the session, and allow bullying and theft to run rampant.

This camp used to be a high level music camp. Now it is a puppy mill.
