I hated Shadybrook very much. It was BEYOND wrong that the staff had to censor our outgoing mail before approving it to be mailed out, I hated them cutting my fingernails, and I hated that this one tough rich girl camper got away w/ murder! It was supposed to be for "special needs" and they did not know how to treat me properly. The grounds themselves were ugly too. Also the activities (or rather lack thereof) were horrible as well. :(
