	7/4/11	Staff change often leaving difficulties for customers. Badly run business. Owner doesn't take responsibility for the staff. They charged my credit card for the full payment for a camp program. Informed me 2 days before camp was due to start that my registration was not processed. Wouldn't return e-mails or phone calls about refunding money or reasons why.
