	7/6/11	Drop off chaotic. Off duty counselors gathered at pickup point, but did nothing to assist the parents and children. Children were not allowed any time inside. Were left to spend the entire day in 100+ degree weather. Lunches from home were left out in the heat. 10-yr-old group was not given any snacks or extra water. 8-yr-old grandson not allowed to visit the restroom when he needed to. After 2 messages and 3.5 hours, the Director has not yet returned my calls.
