My son went to the Kerrisdale Park location and he lasted a day as he was bitten all over by mosquitoes - he refused to go back and it took 2 days for the severe itching to stop. We were extremely disappointed by the camp attitude which was that they have no control over bugs - true, but they could have warned us in advance to not only bring sun screen and water but to bring bug repellant. A terrible experience.

After 2 days at this camp, my son regretted signing up. The supervisor was polite to the parents, but we got reports that he was rude and demoralizing to the kids - calling them names and giving them a hard time if they missed a block. By the 4th day, my son begged us not to make him go. Staff seemed unqualified to deal with children and failed to provide a fun or joyous atmosphere. Boot-camp like. Punitive. Repetitious to the point of being boring. We won't be coming back.
