ive been going here for about three years and it has its ups and downs but once you make a good family here its not that bad. its kinda one of those things that you hate while your there but miss when your gone going through the allagash was a crazy experience and i hated it but i felt really good about myself when i was done if you have good counslers its not that bad we watched scarface last year. its biggest probelm though is that its not diverse

My 10 yr old son came home from Camp Kieve knowing not only swear words but also their meanings from listening to dirty versions of Rap songs on the long overnight trips and listening to the other campers and counselors. He was also picked on relentlessly by another camper and the counselor whom he complained to did nothing about it. My son has a horrible time and I would not recommend the camp.

There is no better place on earth. I am just entering my 4th year here, and I spend the entire year counting down the days till it starts. Kieve has shaped who I am as a person, and at age 15 I find myself still getting the same enjoyment out of it as i did when i was 12. Each year the trip just gets better and better. I absolutley love Kieve.

With all new facilities, an experienced directing staff, excellent role model counselors,and a rigorous wilderness tripping program, Kieve's reputation as one of the premier boys' summer camps in Maine is well deserved.

The non-flush toilets kinda stunk. Otherwise it was totally AWESOME!! I would know, because I went there this past summer.

This camp is the best camp i have ever been to. I have been there twice and if i had the opportunity i would go every year.

Counselors, directors, and other campers all help to make Kieve an unforgettable, but above all - ridiculously fun place.

I HATED THIS CAMP!!! i came with my school, and we got the worst cabin, it looked like someone had taken part of the walls and flooring off and just left what was underneath. our counselor was horrible, and one kid even tried to run away he hated it so much. all you do is talk about your feelings ALLL DAYYY LONGGG. its so boring.

Camp Kieve is my most favorite place on earth. I have so many good memories and friends from Kieve. I would not be who i am if it wasn't for Kieve. Next year will be my 7th summer.

I went to visit this camp and It is very beautiful. It is in a perfect location and the staff is very friendly. It was a great camp, but too outdoorsie for me. but if you love adventure and being outdorrs, this is the camp for you!

by far the best camp ive ever been to. some of the greatest life experiences ive had have happened at Camp Kieve, from ages 7 all the way to 16, kieve is great fun for everyone. definately two thumbs up!
