the food was not only disgusting but my daughter’s food allergy was not taken seriously. The pool was dirty and empty (not in use), the shower had rat droppings and food crumbs on the first day, the staff was abrupt and rude, and my daughter was bored the first day. Although my daughter is bilingual, she felt sorry for the anglophones that were politely asking for instructions to be given in English as it wasn’t automatically provided. Seemed as though everything was run by children. No agenda was provided for activities the next day. Not a structure and nurturing environment. This was her experience on the first day. Only bad memories.

Edphy camp Val Morin: Never again.... My son went there this summer and come back very disappointed because of the food, no privacy: 3 in the same shower, water is green in the pool, poor facilities, no adult on site and all this for over a 1400$ for 2 weeks. DON'T SENT YOUR KID THERE.... It is a Boot camp.... Fraud...

Very disappointed of the facilities in Val Morin. Buildings are old and if you go on their website, every photos are great, but believe me, photoshop has been use... My kid was complaining about the food: cold, over cooked, burned, juice diluted with water, no veggies, bad milk etc. They where sharing the shower with other kids (3 in the same shower in bath suit: Edphy's policies!). Boys and girls where using the same bathroom.... They event went outside to do you know what, because the bathroom was broken. Unreal.... And it is not free, I was happy to sent my kid there, but it is no longer a great place to send your kid. GOOD REPUTATION, yeah, but it is not the reality and I learned that... Way too expensive for what we got. Never again....

My son went to the mini camp for 3 days and he comeback really disappointed. Room was small, warm without air. He did not eat enough and the staff was really strict. I REALLY NOT SUGGEST TO SEND YOUR KID TO THIS CAMP.

I agree with all negative reviews about this camp. This is NOT a summer camp for children where parents wish to pay a lot of money. This is a juvenile center! Don't even think about sending your children there even if you want them to learn French or English. Good luck!

Nothing has changed much in the past 30 years. The rooms are as claustraphobic as ever (imagine trying to sleep in a small room with about 5 other people with only one small window and no air flow). The littleartificial lake was dirty and creepy. I don't miss it. My parents should have taken the money and invested it in a membership at a sportsclub, tickets to laRonde and a good bike for me. Would have had more fun and had more bang for the buck. This is not a summer camp experience for those that want to go camping and my experience was not one that featured good nutrition, diversity expertise or fun. I think my parents wasted their money sending me here.

This camp is great! I go there every summer for five years now and each years I have fun! The councellors are really nice and funny and I've made lots of friends from outside Canada. I recommand it to every kid that want a nice summer experience.

The owner of this camp only thinks about money. The food is bad, the activities are boring and the facilities are old or out of order.

moi je suis alée deux ans pis la premiere anée jai aimer sa pis la deuxieme jai trouver sa ennuyant et il nous on forcé a dormir sous un tipis pis on etait petites pis on avait froid mes les party lavant derniere journée était correct la mais cétait pas si pire que sa mais cétait plate lah...

Oh, don't go to this camp, it was the worst one I have ever attended. The counsellors were just there, the beds made me feel sick, and II had no fun. don't waste your money at this camp.

A bit expensive but the activities are diversified and it's real fun! Perfect to learn french but to be understood in english. There are a lot of international campers. The counsellors are great and the I loved it!

It's attached to a school and that's really weird they make you sing the weirdest songs, the food is disgusting the beds are like gymnastic mats, the rooms made me feel claustrophobic and only two of the activities were fun. I'd find somewhere more fun and less buggy.
