I went here with 3 other grade 7 classes. My cabin smelled like a barn. The activities were ok. I am egg free and guess what. First breakfast I had an allergic reaction to eggs and had to sit at the teachers table for the rest of the meals. I DO NOT recommend this camp to anyone or for any class to go. 214 $ is way too much for this piece of crap camp. Overall, THIS CAMP SUCKS.

I have been going to this camp for 7 years. The summer program is different then the school program. The food is much better at the summer program and I always look forward to spending a month of my summer there. Everything is planed out ahead of time and so it can please as many as possible. Camp couchiching is a non profit camp meaning that any money they make goes into camp for repairs and new stuff. Not to government. Camp is my favorite place in the world I can't imagine missing a summer there.

I went here with my grade and the staff were really fun and they made you feel like they wanted you there. Th activities were really fun especially the high ropes :D. The cabins though were disgusting our washroom didnt work and you couldn;t tell the difference between floor and dirt... The public showers and washrooms were really nice though. There food was pretty good and the trip was rather cheap and i enjoyed it there.

it sucks, please do not send children. THE SWIM WAS terrible. i would never go back. the counclers were VERY rude and unhelpful, the vegan food was untaseful to me my friend and vegan teacher. i stongly disagree to take your class here. k bye.

omg the staff are really awesome, the showers are like super clean, it looks like ther new. although the one in th cabin are not as great. the food was awesome although i recommend brining bottled water just incase you do not like lake water, the campfire was awesome. and if you want you can wake up eariler to go take a dip or do a buch of exercises. not to mention that there is an adorable doggy! i love CAmp couchiching and i cant wait till i go back next year. oh yes one more thing, compared to another camp i was going to go to, that ones was 2 times a sexpensive or just this one is just cheaper. but once again this place is the best!!!

Amazing Camp, had the time of my life. We go for 3 days here in September as a bonding event for our AP Science, Tech & Math classes. It's really good. The food's fine, but the juice..meeeh. And thats really the only drink you have. They take like cherry juice, and dump a few glasses of water in.. another thing, it's not recommended for vegetarians, as they dont really have great options for that, especially the barbeque, where the vegetarians had to wait 3 hours for food & the only thing they got were 5 oreo cookies each & half a glass of milk... FOR DINNER. I'm not a veggie, but felt VERY BAD for those who are. Great facilities :)

My child truly begged to go back this summer when I asked whether or not she wanted to go to her best friends camp instead! So needless to say, she is going back for the full month of July this year as she only had the best things to say when she came home last summer. She still periodically breaks into song and when I ask where she learnt it its always Camp along with a story of what counselor sang it or taught it to her along with why and when they sing it!

Very impressed with this camp.The staff put extra effort into trying to make the camp fun for campers and to make them feel at home. Ive had the best memories at camp couchiching. LOVE LOVE LOVE the food. Its nice to leave the city and have a home away from home. Very scenic. Great facilities (although not for the high maintenance person) Activities are always fun and i looked forward to them everyday! Going on trip was amazing! Trippers are amazing! they really make trip fun! Would highly recommend for anyone who loves the camp life!!

This is the best functioning camp that i have ever been to, it has so much to offer through its numerous activities and wide range of people. Cooch allows people to not only view camping differently, but view life differently as well. Overall, i would never even consider going to a different camp.

the staff are amazing and are working non stop! when i dropped my child off they were all so welcoming and even remembered my daughter right away from the previous summer. It has a great sense of community and loads of activities to do.

This is for sure the best camp i've ever been to. There's always something fun to do and you make a ton of friends. The staff are so funny and really care about you! I can't wait til next year! Cooch rocks!!!

My son had an ok time here the first year, after his second summer he no longer wishes to return. An average camp overall. I had a very disorganized drop off on a rainy day and nobody seemed to know where to go or what to do with all the kids (not what I wanted to see during a drop off). The activity selection hasn't changed much since I attended as a child and the cabins don't look like they've been upgraded in the past twenty years either.

I have been going to this camp for four years, and it is the bst. AMAZING staf, great activities, and a lot of friends. Although you dont have your own showers, the public ones are really nice now. Food is GREAT. They even made chapel relativly fun! If you plan on going, make sure to go on the outtrip.

good food, although drinks lack variety. cabins and showers in need of an update but it is far from the hell hole people have claimed it to be. the staff are excellent. any problems are delt with. real feeling of closeness and family, and new comers are welcomed. the cooch games are very fun (holla spruce!) and their is an excellent overall atmosphere. insane amount of hot guys. beautiful surroundings and out trip is great.

oh god, the showers suck, theres no hot water in shower not even cold water. I found a chimpmunk crawling in our cabin and the door in our cabin doesn't close tightly. oh yeah one of the cabins did not have electricty and the camp is tiny.
