Counselor was a virtual flatline who would go to sleep by 830 and leave 9 yo boy campers to their own demise. All the fun things were only for older kids (rock climbing, etc). Swam at pool only 2 times. Swam at waterfall one time at which he saw a snake swim by. Cabin was so hot when we dropped him off I was concerned about the kids overheating. Picked up my son and almost didn't recognize him because he was having an allergic reaction to SOMETHING and was twice his normal size with one eye swollen shut. The nurse (?) told him it was heat rash. We went straight to the doctor who said we were extremely lucky to have gotten him when we did. This could be a fluke experience, however it will be the ONLY one for our son.

Loved camp - especially my son's counselor Alex. He was great - kept things light when my son got homesick. Felt very good having such a well trained and happy staff taking care of my child

Camp glisson iz a great camp dat iz very uniqe. As a long time camper and 2 week village camp 2 time vetran i can honestly say dat it iz da best place on earth. I had many great counsilers and it has helped me get much closer 2 god. I had da best time ever and woul recomend it 2 every1.

I love Camp Glisson! Pretty much it's what I live for every Summer. All the counselors are amazingly cool and my faith has grown like crazy ever since I started going to Glisson. A++++++++
