Since 2006 I have been going to Spring Hill in Indiana. I have had the opportunity to be a camper six of those summers and last year I was a staff. Every time that I go to Spring Hill, my experience seems to get better and better. As a camper my counselors made me feel so special which really made me feel connected to the camp. I loved all the outdoor activities we did, and because the activities were focused on my relationship with God it had huge impact on my faith. When I got the opportunity to be a High Adventure last year I was so excited. Knowing what it was like to be a camper, I wanted to give campers the same experience that I received. I love the work environment. Being able to encourage campers to overcome their fears and seeing the joy on their faces is worth everything...CAN'T WAIT FOR SUMMER 2013!!!

My two kids have attended Day Camp and Overnight camp in Michigan and in Indiana. They both choose it over any other options for their summer. Staff are dedicated to providing a life-changing experience and the activities are varied enough to provide both familiarity and excitement for something new and challenging too. Christ remains the focus throughout the week, and kids are encouraged to grow in their prayer life and to read their Bible more. Can't think of a better way to invest in our kids' summer!

My three kids all loved their camp experience at SpringHill. They've attended both the day camps and overnight camps and have all wanted to go back to SpringHill! The staff are amazing and get to know your kids personally. The activities that are offered are second to none! Entrusting your child to someone else for an entire week is a big step. SpringHill has all of the bases covered from safety to medical care and are super enthusiastic about your kids. Can't wait till next summer!

I LOVE SpringHill!! They have every activity you could ever imagine! It is a beautiful camp in an amazing area. The food is also better then a normal camp, I personally can't wait to go back and eat their food. The staff are so awesome and everybody talks about their love for God which is the best part!

Guards not watching the pool, ratio of 1:10 not followed. 3 out of my 7 girls honestly felt sick after eating the food (all ate different things) one barfed. Way to pricy for what you actually receive. Summer staff selection is very poor, character of your counselors and other summer staff is questionable in some cases.

This camp was like the best camp ever! Everyone's super nice, helpful, fun and caring. You have time when you and your councilor spend one on one time with each other which is really awesome. You are constantly doing somethings and you do things from the blob, to tubing, to rock wall climbing. Its cool because there are many different types of Cabins and they are all very nice and comfortable to sleep in. This camp really helps you connect with God on a deeper level also. I committed myself to him while I was there. They helped me soo much there! It was definitely the best week of my life!

Expensive but worth your money. The best camp you can go to in the midwest for christians. You really learn about god and become closer to him while the counselors are great, the food is good for camp food and has lots of choices, and they make sure you have fun. fun activites were horse back riding, blobs, zipline, and xtreme park. the campfires were fun too when we got to sing songs and read stories. I was at copper country for the past 2 years and both times were great. last year we even got up early and went to see the sunrise on the last day. The wigwams i stayed in were cold only if you didnt have the right gear. overall, BEST CAMP OF ALL TIME!!!

Trust yourself in the hands of a smaller camp. Everything at springhill seems rushed and nonrelaxed.

I love this camp! All the staff are very helpful and always care. The facilities are very original and clean, and new activities and fun events make it a blast. You really learn a lot about God.

I'm a Pastor of Jr. High who sent teens to winter Camp. Great facilities, the food was excellent for camp food (lots of selection,) and while short staffed they were very friendly. Weaknesses would be biblical integregation, more entertainment than spiritually focused, and the sessions and dramas did not have any spiritual significance at all. Our students loved the activities but I was hoping the experience would be more than just be a "fun weekend."

2007 was the first year I entrusted my 9 year old daughter with the SpringHill Camps organization. Despite my daughter complaining about her counselor (who shunned participation and preferred hanging out with her boyfriend who is also a counselor) and the less than desirable food and the dingy quarters, she still wants to go back in hopes of having a better counselor any maybe bunking with a few less self absorbed roomnates. For parents arriving for the first time, you're likely to be impressed with the energetic reception and organization of the staff as well as the beautiful surroundings. It's unfortunate that the camp doesn't have a follow up survey where parents and campers alike can express themselves about the camp and the experiences had there. As far as camps go, I think I'd still give it high grades despite some of the noted exceptions. Joe Hill - AngelGeeks.com

This is the best camp that I hsve ever been to! It is chrisitan based and a lot of things are group activites with relgion intertwined into them...but they are always fun. There are 3 ziplines, a human flying squirrel thing, blobs, waterslides, tubing, archery, paintball, swimming, canoeing, high and low ropes, rockclimbing, skate park, roller hockey, crafts, performing arts, horseback riding, etc... Food is ok, but it definetly is camp food. There are showerhouses and bathrooms, but most housing areas are not attached to bathhouses, they have porta-potties. but other areas have 2 showers, 4 sinks, and 2 toilets in the housing building. It is a Sunday to Friday camp, but for younger kids it runs from sunday to wednesday. This camp is for children going into 1st thru 12th grades. There is storybrook, which is grades 1-3. There is copper country, which is grades 4-6. There is new frontiers, which is grades 6-9.there is Teen Service Team, which is grades 9-12. I would recommend this camp

Storybrook was nice, but I had a terrible time at Copper Country this past year. The food was bad, I had a bad counselor, and everything was rushed. You had no time to rest at all, and the best food I got was from the snack store. Oh yeah, and the cabins may look cool on the outside, but the insides are bad and dark. They have no lighting.
