We were not a family that was sure we wanted sleep away. We finally decided to send him for a half session. I hoped he would have fun, but it was way more then that. Jeff Freedman is amazing, Johnny Waszczak was as well. The day we drove him up to camp all the people that came to greet us and him were amazing. He had an experience that he could not get anywhere else. The brotherhood of boys was so special and they make each boy feel like they belong. My son can not wait to go back next summer, and it looks like many local friends may be joining. This camp is phenomenal from every angle. I can truly say he has found a place that feels like a home to him, and I am so grateful.

My son has the BEST experience at Lake Owego this summer. Everyone was so nice to him. Jeff Freedman the director was incredible. He was so caring and developed such a wonderful bond with my son. Amanda who works in the office was wonderful too! She was kind and understanding to our needs since we were out of the country the entire seven weeks my son was at camp. Thank you for giving my son an amazing summer camp experience. He will definitely be back at Lake Owego Camp next summer!!

I sent my son here after sending my daughter to its sister camp, Timber Tops, and I have never looked back. Owego is a very special place. The staff knows every camper by name. True brotherhoods are formed. My kids were able to see each other at least once a week for brother/sister visitation. There's no doubt in my mind that my son is safe here. Not surprisingly, he already asked me to sign him up for the full summer next year.

Great place for my son to be summer after summer. He loves the sports and made amazing friends. Lake Owego is the best!

Love his place with all my heart. People need to go to this camp. I have gone for 8year and still going till this day

This place isn't a camp, it's home. Best place i have ever been. You can actually be yourself here. You see girls twice a week. If i could choose to be anywhere in the world it would be here. I am going to be at this camp for as long as i possibly can it is the best camp in the world. After 7 years at this camp i can tell you it is not like any other camp. The last few days of camp are the best days of my life. Frointeer Week is the best experience ever i totally recommend this camp to EVERYONE!

I have gone to this camp for 5 years now and loved every second of it! Its my home away from home and i look forward to it all year. Its impossible to not make friends there, and the staff is the nicest. Recently, counselors have been coming from all over the world and its cool to have such a diverse staff. Take my word-go to this camp!

my favorite place in the world. This is my home away from home. Owego is incredible I cannot begin to describe it. everything about owego is amazing the friends the staff the activities etc... Definetly a great camp to go to for boys. The sister camp is timber tops
