The good news is that my daughter enjoyed herself. The bad news is that if you try to get something to your child that you left in the car and hand it to a staff member to get to her she will never see it. She also left some items at camp and our attempts to contact the camp have fallen of deaf ears. It's like they don't care.

As a former camper and leader at this camp, I hate giving this bad of reviews to a place I used to love. I realized as a leader how disappointing the staff and directors are and how the priorities and values they hold are less than admirable. The staff and directors put on a great show for parents (who are paying to keep the camp running), but they treat the leaders horribly and do not value leaders for all of the unpaid work they put into the camp. The staff members are not out there for the right reasons and many do not even truly care for the campers; I have watched staff members ignore campers and give them no care or interest. The leaders and staff members who are valued most are those who kiss up to the right people and the right directors, rather than the leaders who genuinely care for the camp and the campers. I am extremely disappointed with the direction this camp has gone in.

It's weird how it says it's co-ed but it really isn't I barely knew guys were there we did no activities together. It annoyed me because women worked so hard to be equal.

cannot even explain how excited I am for Winnataska this summer! Love the staff and all the activities! Wish I could be there the entire summer!

I attended Winnataska as a child and it holds my all time favorite childhood memories. Our four children now attend and they all loveit just as much! Staff is AWESOME, night activities are so fun, daytime activities are horses swimming canoeing archery BB guns, awesome high ropes and low rope course, arts and crafts, recreation, and outdoors! Friendships made there truly last a lifetime, great leader camper ratio, wonderful camp directors, and a beautiful waterfall right in the middle - and great food too! Fees are good for all that this camp has to offer! I highly reccomendations it to any child/parent looking for a wonderfuln camp experience!

I love it here! The staff is amazing and the different activities are super fun! Winnataska brought me closer to the Lord this summer too. Best camp ever.

AttendeD 8 yrs and loved every minute of it! Made sure my kids and now my grandkids attend. We all have lasting memories for the rest of our lives!!
