This is the third year my boys have attended this camp. We couldn't be more pleased with the facility, activities, staff, food, and value. My boys ALWAYS look forward to summer break because of Camp MacLean! My children want to be a counselor there when they are old enough. Great place for awesome memories!!!

While we liked the relatively short drive from our home in Illinois, we were underwhelmed by the activities offered. Soccer and softball are fun, but my kids can do that anytime they want. When they go to "camp," they want to do "camp stuff," not stuff they can do at home. My kids spent as much time riding a bus to and from the off-site horse facility, as they did on the back of a horse. The waterfront area is adequate, but our Indian Guide tribe has been to better facilities.

i go to this camp every summmer and winter. its the best camp i've ever been to. the staff is perfect and i learned alot. the people make you feel save and happy. skiing in winter is the best and this camp make you a better person, no doubt! props to jeff, the guy who makes the fun possible, he is hilarious! from a happy camper

Both of my children grew up at camp maclean and loved every minute of it. It truly meets it's goals of building self esteem. It's a place for kids to grow, and the counselors are outstanding. The cabins and food are very homey and outstanding quality. The camp features a bautiful waterfront on a practically private lake, and the kids can do almost anything on it. I've never had a complaint. Your child would be missing out if they did not get a camp experience similar to the one that mine did.

This is an amazing camp for kids in the summer, or groups in the fall/winter/spring!
