My 12 year-old daughter stayed for two weeks and in that time improved her confidence, her riding, and met a really nice group of girls. She wants to return again next summer. I called camp once to check in on her (I got a homesick letter she wrote the first day) and the counselor I spoke with offered to touch base with her and call me back. Within an hour, the counselor called me back to say say that my daughter had forgotten about the letter she sent, was happy, busy and having a great time. I was relieved! Now that camp is over, she's got plans to get together with one of her cabin mates. Friends for life, I hope!

Mainly horseback riding, but has other camp activities. It doesn't matter if you do or don't horseback ride at home! I am going for my second year. SO much fun
|

AWESOMEEEEEEEEEEE!! great memories and you meet sooo many friends. Food is great!! The horses are great and they have an awesome cross country course. There are great councilors and the cabins are great. We don't have to clean out the horses stalls but there are barn chores. There is alot of jumping and you get evaluated into groups so you ride at your appropriate level. You also have a chance to take home horses. You also swim with horses and get to do fun competitions. Go to SJ cause it is the best camp everrr!

great camp.. i had so much fun!! cross country, dressage, and stadium!! swimming with the horses and lots of friends
