I have soon much fun here every summer. It makes me sad to read that some feel they are being bullied. I don't ever see or feel that and I get treated like that at school sometimes. I guess that was a long time ago.

This is the absolute best place on earth. The people are who make it all that it is. Been coming here for ten years and I cant imagine my summer without being here.

THIS CAMP IS THE BEST!!!! I'll be honest, when I first got there i was extremely excited. Then I got nervous I wouldn't like it, so on that note I didn't enjoy myself as much. Instead I just stood their filled with anxity. After the talent show and other fun activities such as color war and recycled crafts, I was 1000000000000000000000000000000000000% positive I was going back. I regret my nerves taking control because i didn't enjoy my super super SUPER AmAzInG counslers and friends. The people there welcome you with open arms and I'm already counting down the days until I can FINALLY go back home, down Wild Wood Road (: So yes, if you are considering going to this camp I STRONGLY suggest you do. I've only been there for a year and now i can't stop thinking about it!! It is already one of my home away from home!!! ***PS IF YOU DO GO BRING RAINBOOTS/ A RAIN JACKET IF IT IS GOING TO RAIN THOSE WEEKS AND FREBREEZE (you can thank me later)***

Went there for about 8 years and people are very clicky and rude. I had a lot of problems being picked on when I was younger and I did not know who to turn to because the counselors and staff are friends with the rowdy and obnoxious campers. Just overall, kids and counselors have this disgusting sarcasm and attitude. Found the people here really really troubling.

4-H is an amazing place. There is just so much to say(good things). My favorite part is meeting new people (you always find someone that is really kind). The food is great. Overall 4-H is a home away from home. My frined went to the Peconic Dunes camp and said everything was fun, but the food really did not taste good (friend's opinion).

really really good and fun camp. You get to pick your own specific activities, which is cool. the counselors are great and the kids are warm and fun. it's a really great camp i love it here

i am a camper there and i LOVE it is my wonderful home away from home i look foward to it every year i have alot of great friends there and i have many more friends to make i meet new people every year it is awsome there. i made more friends there than i did my whole life. my fav. thing to do there is hang out with my friends and have fun with the classes i take there i miss it soooo much right now but ill be back and i will keep going until im too old :) <3

This is a camp like I went to as a child. My daughter had been a camper there for 5 years, then became a CIT and junior counselor. She is looking forward to next year as a full counselor ! This is not a fancy spoil your child camp. This is the camp where they will learn to be independant, learn to be outdoors. No electronic toys !! Friends will be made for a lifetime .

This camo is AWESOME. I went with a few friends and overall had a lot of fun, but if you will get homesick DO NOT GO. Even though it's only a week. Other than that I had tons of fun but make sure to eat a lot cause youll be hungry and SHOWER AFTER LUNCH! otherwise you'll be waiting FOREVER for an enclosed show unless you want open... EW.

OMG, I just got home from a week at 4H Camp for my first time. I had an AMAZING time! The staff are so nice and helpful and really put effort into it, like they're not like "oh my shift's over in two hours". The activities are really fun. Here are a few: Farm, Horse, Arts and Crafts, Dance, Drama, Outdoor Survival, Low Ropes, and Sports. there are a lot more too. Every day at camp is different... On Monday we had a field day and on Tuesday we had Cabin Night. And the other days were different too (Unit Night, Council Fire, and Midevil Madness). There's so much to do. Also, I'm a very picky eater and the food was pretty good. The cabin's were good but rustic. But if you're going to sleepaway camp in the woods, you shouldn't be surprised to see an occasional spider in the cabin. The showers and bathrooms are clean. The beach is ice. beautiful. Most campers are friendly and nice. The only thing I have to say is: I LOVE 4H CAMP! If you're planning on going swimming, bring water shoes!

this camp was ok went to peconic dunes summer camp the year before it was much better. the staff are different but the same in some ways. they pay attention to the person more then the cabin me not being that social it was good for me. but i would recomend ether of the camps but deffintly p dunes over 4h any day. both good.

i <333 this camp sooo muchhh!! i hadd soo muchhh funn!! my fav. activity was the game we played in the rain and the sports class i took!! i <333 thsi camppp!!! this camp is soo great. i was having soo much fun that i didnt miss home that much.

camp 4-H is my life! ive been going for 6 years and am now a CIT!!! i LOVE it. its my summer home. love the other CITs, the staff, the campers, EVERYTHING!!! (and i love horses- cit joke)

I went to this camp MANY years ago..I remember all the stairs to go down to the lake..seemed like it took forever. Loved the canteen, I was always able to convinbe my cousin to buy me an ice cream. Lots of fond memories....

This camp is really my life. I'd give anything to stay there forever. I love all of the people more than anything, and every year, I cry when I leave, even if it's just for the weekend. It's insanely chill. The counselors are awesome, and they're my role models. If I had to list all of the people that I look up to, they'd be from camp. Last summer, I found out that some of my favorite counselors were not coming back, and I cried myself to sleep that night. I miss it more than anything.
