Yes! I agree the facility is in SERIOUS need of an upgrade! The only AC building is where the camp staff sleep and the clinic. The cabins are super hot, jammed packed with kids and bunks and are way to small for the amount of kids in one cabin. On the first day of camp, the bathrooms were EXTREMELY dirty. They were not thoroughly cleaned before my camper arrived. There is nowhere to put your belongings. The floors are FILTHY! These kids were subjected to 85+degrees at night.I would have pictures, only the camp forbids from using their phones for ANY reason. Kids should be allowed at least ONE phone call home each night for a 7 day camp. The camp definitely had a broad range of activities but to say we were disappointed is an understatement. We came all the way from Hampton Roads to attend this camp.

The staff was very friendly and the activities (especially the trapeze) were alot of fun. However, the place is a bit run-down and the cabins can use a good cleaning.

Such an awesome camp...pity I'll never be a camper again, but LIT/CIT/Cheif here I come! Sandy Cove is one of the most amazing places I've been and if you go, you won't be disappointed. The counselors are helpful and wacky, activities are fun, and God's message is prominent. I Love CSC.

I Had TONS of fun at camp sandy cove the cheifs were great and thd food was alright but it was the best camp ever! I can't wait To go back next year
