I love this place!! It is my home away from home and has allowed me to try new things I had never done before. I wish that I could go back but I have aged out, but not before having the best summer as a Princeton girl!

My step-daughter had the most amazing experience at Lake of the Woods camp. She gained in confidence, & returned home a much more independent girl with countless numbers of fantastic stories & memories that will last a lifetime. Could not recommend the camp, its facilities & their staff highly enough!

Lake of the Woods is an outstanding camp. My daughter has spent the last 7 summers there and she has "grown" so much over the years. Not only does she always come home more independent and confident, but she has learned so many new skills as well as made friends that will last a lifetime. The directors and staff are amazing and always there to answer any questions or concerns. The facilities are beautiful and constantly being updated.

The staff and directors really take care of the kids! They communicate well with parents and really connect with the children. My daughter comes home each summer more confident, independent and with so many stories to share! The facilities are great and it seems they are always adding new activities and programs to keep things fresh. 2014 will be my daughter's 3rd summer at Lake of the Woods and she is counting down the days!

As a staff member who previously worked at another summer camp, I have to share how impressed I was with the entire camp operation. The food, attention to detail, concern for each camper was amazing. The director is so passionate for the campers and it shows in everything she does. The facilities are top notch, clean, yet still feel campy. The kids loved having their own custom schedule and were really engaged in the daily activities. It's an incredible place and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to be a camp counselor. I had an amazing summer here.

Lake of the Woods is the best camp around! The staff is so friendly and helpful and there for all the right reasons. The directors take the time to get to know each of the campers and their families and have a relationship with all of them. The facilities are nice and maintained well. They have so many activities to choose from. I was so impressed by everything this camp hand to offer. It is the whole package! I wish I could be a camper here myself!

My daughter and all of her friends went to the glen at lwc last summer. they came home crying and said that the camp was horrible. My daughters friend has an allergy to peanuts and she had an allergic reaction. Not carful my daughter and friends will not be going back to the glen or lwc they will be attending camp agawak in wisconson!

This camp sucks! The counselors don't care about you! They are all stupid an the food is the most disgusting thing in the world! P.S the camp is ugly especially the glen and the grove! Do not go there!!! Worst camp ever!

best programing, facilities, consolers, and quality out there. EVERY CENT OF WHAT YOU PAY IS WORTH IT AT THIS CAMP. The camp directors make your child feel safe, and welcomed, they take them in with open arms. They stay in touch with the parents and keep you updated. BEST CAMP OUT THERE.

Lake of the woods is my home away from home. I have made the most amazing friends who are like my sisters. The experience changed my life and I can say that my 6 summers as a camper were the best summers ever! Camp helped me grow up into the girl that I am today. Its a place to be a kid and truly be yourself. As many say "we finally figured out why camp is on a half street, it's because half of our heart will remain at camp forever" and "we may be apart in distance, but never at heart". Peace. Love. Lake of the Woods.

My daughter had the most amazing experience last summer and counts the days until she can return. The director is so warm and nurturing and that filters down to the rest of the staff. Cabins are modern, facilities are very good and the activities are great. There is no place my daughter would rather be in the summer!

The staff are extremley terrible and don't care about the campers at all. The camp is unsanitery, and has a bad bug problem, and lake looks like it is polluted!!EEEEEEWWWWWWWWW!

I finally understand why my friends counted down the days until camp each year. This was my first year and it was amazing. The most caring counselors, director and now I am counting down the days until camp begins next year.

i loved all my friends i made and i don't regret coming here... however the staff seem to care about themselves and having a good time with each other more than campers. it seems you are treated with more respect if you have been to camp previously.

this camp is my home. i couldn't say one bad thing about it. the girls i've met at camp are not only my best friends ever, but they're my family. the counselors are amazing and work so hard to make every summer the best possible. i wouldn't be the person i am today if i never came here.

This camp is a dream come true for any parent and aspiring camper! With a hands on owner/director and a meticulously picked staff one can ensure they are sending their daughter to one of the finest camps in the nation. With so many activities to choose from coming back year after year is never dull. It?s a enriching experience that ensures personal growth. The highly trained staff goes out of their way to give individualize attention to campers and camp families. This is an experience that can change a life only for the better, highly recommended!
