This camp is totally awesome!!!! Great staff, Great food, Great activities, awesome program! I can't seem to figure out why anyone wouldn't like it.It is the Best camp ever!!! Go SHIRA go! I'm married already and i miss it so much!!! every opportunity i have to go visit I go running!!! SHIRA is my machane and i really LOVE it!

SHIRA IS MY MACHENE AND I REALLY LOVE HER!!!1 Camp shira is the BEST camp ever! friendliest girls, warmest staff, great food, great activities......... this summer iyh will be my 4 year in Shira! ( and counting!!!!:)) i STRONGLY recommend shira!!

I went to shira for Sophie's juniors seniors &younger TCs and I plan on going this summer again iyH! Camp shira has the most homey atmosphere, they may not have a trip everyday but it's okay because they have amazing activitei!! Especially TCs Shalva and Chaya meira plan the most crazy excited summers! Shira has an atmosphere of growth and fun at the same time! The staff is AMAZING girls are AMAZING activities are AMAZING!!! Everyone of my friends that I convinced to go-constantly thank me! As soon as u a step foot in to the camp u already feel like u belong to the shira family!! The head staff cares 4 each and every girl as if they are their daughters! When I leave for visiting day or in btwn day I beg my mother to being me back already!! Those 2 days are the worst days of the summer!! I've never ended a summer in shira unsatisfied! I've been to another camp and shira is definitely way better (and the other camp is supposedly the best camp!) GO TO SHIRA!!! You'll thank me I promise!!!

worst camp eva! went for 4 yrs & each yr it gets worse and worse. my 1rst yr was really good cuz i had gr8 counslers! the 3 other years i had horriable counslers. since they were staff kids, they were really strict on the rules. they have the same sports evey day and ur not aloud 2 leave the dining room during meals -pathetic! u only go on 1 trip in a 1/2 and there the same trips every yr - zoom flume, dorney park or lake coumpounce. i broke my hand one summer and they totalley didnt care, i had to go down to the field to watch my buk play sports. there staff is horriable. all in all its a horriable camp! dont go!

What should itell you about this camp whell 1st of all the staff-extremely bossy facilities- arent rtthat gr8! activities are ok personal attention is zero!!value is really bad i paid a fortune so bazsed of all dont go!!

i went this summer and it was amazing! i went to previos camps and shira was the best by far! camp wait till the shira reunion! cant wait i"yh summer 2011!!!!

the inly reason i went to this camp was because i havefriends there. it was ok, the staff are way to strict on the dress code and other areas, if u go with friends you can have fun but its up to u to make it fun. i had an awesome summer but it had nothing to do with the camp it was because of my friends.

i went to camp shira for the first time this past summer. i had the best time ever! i was very nervous to go but from the day i got thier everything was amazing! and i had the best summer ever! i cant wait to go back!! (2 1/2 months left!!!!)

i went to camp shira this past summer for the first time as a TC and let me tell you, i'm suffering from separation anxiety!! it was the most amazing thing for me! the atmosphere was teriffic- i came home a changed person! i made a ton of great friends, my tefila improved, my character improved and i just grew so so much!!! if you're looking for an awesome time- GO! if you're looking to grow- GO! if you're looking to build special friendships- GO! if you're looking for adventure- GO! the food is yum but you don't have to worry about gaining weight cuz their sports and activities keep you moving. i hated sports before this summer but now i love to join a game! the staff is unbelievable, they're so caring and understanding. i could go on typing for hours but my limit of 1000 characters is almost used up! i am not being paid to say this, i just purely loved every minute and think every girl deserves this awesome experience- come and i'll tell you more about it!!!

i actually used to go to shira. its pretty good but now i go to raninu. in my personal opinion if your going to shira for a few years you should try going to a different camp.

i absolutely LOVE this camp!!!! i waz there as a t.c. this year (my first summer) and i had a gr8 time- the program was amazing, the ppl were tonz of fun and rly sweet, the food waz delicious the sups and head staff were really good- what more can i say???? i love camp!!!! i give it 5 stars!!!

Every time I leave this camp I cry because I won't return for another whole year. I just came home from my 4th year in Shira and I miss it so much. I loved my counselors, bunk and everything, and I mean everything, about shira. I'm already counting down till next year! I am very very attached to this camp.

BEST CAMP EVER!!ITS SO SO SO MUCH FUN, AND THE THEMES ARE FANTASTIC!THIS CAMP HAS GREAT,LOVELY, AND FRIENDLY KIDS!I WENT THERE FOR ALREADY 4 YEARS AND THIS YEAR WILL BE MY 5!IF U ASK FOR MY OPINION, IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST YEAR OF CAMP YOU SHOULD DEFINITLY COME TO SHIRA!!U WILL HAVE A BLAST(TONS OF DIFFERENT TYPES OF SPORTS, VERY ATHLETIC).
