Hated it ! Lack of organization . Boot camp would've been better. No concern for water breaks in the grueling heat. Very unprofessional .

Even though DMA is mainly for Drum Majors, there is a Colorguard, Percussion, Baton Twirler, and Marching Band camp too. It is located at West Chester University for 3 days. There you get to watch a DCI show (Drum Corps International), go to a dance, have a personal concert with a DCI corp (usually the Cadets or Crossmen), and bond with other people who have the same interests as you do. The only negative thing I have to say about it is that the majority of the University dorms (where you stay) lack air conditioning, so i strongly suggest you take a case of bottled water and at least one large fan. Overall, this camp is totally beast.
