I am VERY disapointed in this camp.U have to be 1 kind of person to fit in here(spoiled rich city kid)or else u get treated like a piece of garabage.The staff also supported the bullying.It has been 3 years since I've been there and I'm still recovering from what happened to me.When I become a staff at a new camp,I will make sure another camper does not go through was I've been through.

This is a terrible camp. The staff care more about their friends than the campers. Very unorganized. The food is terrible. Very bad experience!!

My children have attended for 4 years. They've had great growth, fun, and activities. They look forward to it all year. Everyone has been caring and competent. I know it sounds like someone from the camp wrote this but it's a real person and it's all real for us.

I honestly could not stand this camp. Most of the counselors were extremely rude to me, and the kids were immature brats. Although it was in a beautiful area, they managed to ruin 2 weeks of my summer. I broke out into a sob nearly every day at this camp, and I'm sorry to say, I simply did not enjoy my time.

My girls love Camp George. This is their 4th year at camp and they would stay all year if they could. No better endorsement for a camp other than my kids love it there and they can't wait to go back each year.

I am a camper at George and it is a very good camp that I think all kids should have the opportunity to go to. The counselors are creative and the programs are awesome. I cry when I get home from camp because I will miss it so much. See you in a few weeks camp George.

I've worked as a staff member a george for a number of years. I think george is a great camp, it's VERY WELCOMING to new members of the community. My only complaints are that the staff could be treated better. Administration is not open enough to input from the staff who actually run the camp. Also, it might be important to mention that there is a fairly hefty emphasis on Jewish learning- there's atleast a 20-35 minute service every day of the week. Staff members do a really good job of making the boring parts of jewdiasm into relative and meaningful experiences. I.e. an evening service might be more focused on helping kids relax and enjoy a sunset together, rather then on the actual praying. Great staff is what make this camp great. Also, the cabins are ****'in beautiful- they have built in bathrooms and showers. They are a comfortable place to live. If you can afford George, i would recommend it.

As a former urj camper whose camp experiences were life-changing, there is nothing more I wanted for my own kids than to find a place that they could call home. For my 11-year-old daughter, Camp George is it. The people, the staff, the opportunities to explore who she is as a person... she has just come home from the best summer of her life, and is thrilled to know that she gets to go back every year to continue having more best summers. In her words, "there are no words to describe how awesome it is."

omg this is the best camp EVER!i go there every single year, and even wen i'm too old to go i'm still going to work there, that way i can still be there and experience all the togetherness that camp george shares.GO THERE IT IS THE BEST CAMP EVER!

this camp is horrible. the counccilers are soo mean they promote bulying and steal your candy. i got yelled at because i got a cut.

CAMP GEORGE IS THE BEST PLACE THAT I HAVE EVER GONE IN MY WHOLE ENTIRE LIFE! THE COUNSELLORS, THE CAMPERS, THE ACTIVITIES, AND EVERYTHING ELSE IS AMAZING!! I'VE NEVER BEEN TO SUCH A PLACE THAT HOLDS ALL OF THIS AMAZING STUFF!! WORDS CAN'T DESCRIBE HOW MUCH MY FRIENDS AND I LOVE CAMP!
