My 12 year old son attended Dudley for the first time for 4 weeks this summer. He had a great time and made some great new friends. The facilities are great and I like how they encourage the boys to try new activities and get out of their comfort zone. My only critical observation would be that the campers and their families are very homogenous. There is not much ethnic or socioeconomic diversity.

My great grandfather, grandfather, father, uncles, brothers, cousins, and of course, me, have all gone to Dudley and had the most fun you will ever have. I remember just waiting for summer to come by again to go back and see my friends again. At Camp Dudley, you can make the best friends ever in the course of just one month. It's something truly special that you get nowhere else. The food is great, too! If you are like me and love to play sports all the time, chill out, and hang out with friends, then this is the place for you.

Camp is great for campers. The staff position is more of a political grind. Most of the staff are rich westchester county kids that are only there because there families gave hundreds of thousands of dollars in donations. Most of the time they go out and get sitfaced which is fine, but the staff that aren't donaters are always the ones to get ****ed over.

Dudley is my home away from home. It is the best way for a guy to spend his summers. All staff and counselors are the best, and all traditions and activities rule!:) I would recommend Camp Dudley to any guy who wants a great summer.

Camp Dudley is fantastic! My fellow campers from over a decade ago are still some of my best friends. The staff is excellent! One of the most valuable experiences of my life.

the oldest boys camp in the country, dudley offers almost every sport imaginable and the character of the staff is unparalleled. the beauty of the area is breathtaking and the facilities are classic and well maintained. dudley is an outstanding and life changing experience that will change your son's life forever. we are now into the third generation of our family attending.

Dudley is only second to one camp in my book--Camp Belknap in New Hampshire. They are very similar in that the staff is completely in love with the place and as such, devote their time and energy into making it as enjoyable as possible for the campers. Homegrown leadership is so important in making a great camp, and at a camp without it, you just don't get that magic.

Camp Dudley has been absolutely fantastic since 1885. The location (Lake Champlain, Adirondacks), facilities and programs are great. But it's the people that make it the best camp going. Leaders (almost all former campers), staff, campers and alumni are devoted to the place in a way you just don't anywhere else.
