The staff seems to be made up of high schoolers who are more concerned with socializing than taking care of the children. There are some great counselors who really care, take pride in their job, and concentrate on the kids, but the majority of the staff just let the kids do whatever they want, which is good sometimes, but definitely not what I am paying for. If you and your child are looking for a day long social, this is your place. If your child is looking for a camp with constructive activities and building up self-confidence, look into other camps--Naticook's not for you. I wish someone had told me this before I signed my kids up. All you ever hear are fabulous things about Naticook but there are two sides to every story and that's mine. Good Luck!
