This is my sixth year returning to Camp Ranachqua and I can't begin to describe how much I love it. Facilities are rustic, but totally functional. My week at camp is always the best of the year.

Our troop has attended Ranachqua for years and they always have a blast. The camp offers so many activities, badges, and specialty programs. The staff they have gets greater every year! Even though Ranachqua isnt the newest looking camp, it still runs to the best of its ability. I would recommend this camp to every type of scout because it accommodates everyone!

This camp is one of the best we had visited. The staff is always improving their program and doing the best they can do. The facilities may not be new but they have a traditional value. I recommend to all!

Okie troop has been going here for many years. The staff is the best around. I look forward to my week there every year. The boys are able to earn many merit badges and have a fun at the same time.

My troop chooses to go to Ranachqua for a week every summer. (They would stay longer if they could afford it!) The staff is great. They make an effort to learn the scouts' names, and give the new boys individual attention to make their week special. Although some of the facilities are old, they help give the scouts a more traditional scouting experience.

Camp Ranachqua can be summed up in one word, AMAZING! From the staff to the programs to the food in the mess hall, its simply outstanding! Lola and her staff run a high quality handicraft program and all other areas are great as well.

Ranachqua is quite possibly one of the best overnight Scout camps in NY. The staff is excellent, program top notch, and the grounds great. The facilities could be updated, but, after all, it is a camp...
