I went to this camp last summer and it ROCKED! The counselers are so fun! my counseler let us go for a walk around camp in the dark! The activities are great and you will never feel left out! I hope i will go there this year!!

I send my children to Camp Duncan every year for 2 weeks. Rona is an amazing camp director who seems to remember every child by name and biography. Every staff member is professional and an excellent example for my kids. Both of my kids had medical needs, and the nurse-Robin-made me feel comfortable and my kids both talk about how much they miss her. The counselors seem to come from all over the world, and introduced my kids to new ideas. If your child has any special medical issues (or even if they don't), you will never regret choosing Camp Duncan.

I had gone there as a camper for 7 years, then did LIT/CIT, then this past summer I was a counselor. Great camp, lots of fun, but I was really underpaid. Fun time tho, lots of friends and fond memories. The management team are all pretty nice. Poptart was great, Ronas cool, Niall was fun(nobody else got a 360 in their cabin!). Great time, highly reccomend it.

It's a great camp, worked there for a summer, however I would not recommend working there. The staff is underpaid, never gets breaks and is extremely strict on ridiculous things that are out of our control. Often spied on by management staff, accused of things without reasoning, very immature management team. Kids love it though, and it's great for them.

omfg. we had an awsome time. but like the bathroom smelled sooo bad just because of the water. it made my face pure red . cabin 8 is like freaky. but i didn't say there.

The camp director and staff are very personable. They will remember you from year to year. My daughter looks forward to camp every year.

Rona and her staff have helped to boost my child's confidence and self esteem by encouraging his involvement in camp activities. Everyone is so kind and the direction from Rona is superb!! My son's 2nd year as a camper and looking forward to the LIT program next summer!!

The staff takes a very sincere approach to each camper, and are very eager to hear your input, both good and bad. The staff is always trying to find new ideas for campers every year. This is definitlly a great place for your children to enjoy the summer..

This will be the 3rd season my son is attending. The staff is very accommodating in different given situations and you can tell that they really enjoy being there with the kids!

We have attended Family Camp for 3 years.The director has created a program that has something for 'campers' of all ages. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the food terrific. The staff is attentive and enthusiastic. We look forward to seeing the families who return year after year.

My kids have been going to Camp Duncan for 4 years and they absolutely love it!! They have made friends with kids in surrounding school districts and look forward to seeing them in the summers at Camp Duncan. The staff is very attentive, and Tammy, the Day Camp Director, is accessible and great to work with. What keeps my kids coming back is the boating and swimming, offered daily, and my daughter loves the "Blob". We are working parents, and we really like that they have extended care hours before and after camp hours. We love Camp Duncan!!

We sent both of our daughters to Duncan for so many summers I can't keep track of the number. Both loved it so much that they have returned as counselors. A very nourishing environment, fun, professional, and organized. We will be sending our two boys there this summer. Additionally, the speciality camps are very unique and wonderful experiences for kids who already have additional challenges in life. Their week at camp is at least one time when they are respected for who they are, rather than what disease or challenge they have.

My children, ages 6 & 8 really enjoy the summer camp because of the outdoor activities such as swimming, boating, sports, playground and group play. The staff is very well organized and relate well with the children. It is expensive but the value for what the children get out of it is well worth it.

As a parent, I absolutely love this camp. My son's first year, I signed him up for 2 weeks and was nervous that I made that decision. It was the best decision ever made. HE LOVE IT!!!He started crying when we got home, because he wasn't ready to leave. He made friends and really liked the counselors. This will be his 3rd year and he is so excited to return. I love the ethnic diversity of the counselors. His counselors were London, Australia, etc. I wish the resident camp was for the whole summer, I think my son would be in Heaven.

This will be the fourth year my boys will be going to camp. They really enjoy it. When the boys first started going, they were beginner swimmers. Now, they are advanced swimmers. I am also please to see the variety of activities offered. The staff is wonderful and you can tell they really enjoy the kids.

My son has been at Camp Duncan for 6 summers. Since 2nd grade he has talked about "when I'm a counsellor at Camp Duncan...." My daughter has gone for 6 summers (4 overnight) and last year insisted on staying for 2 weeks. My son only wanted to stay for 1 since he wasn't going with a buddy. I picked him up, kissed my happy daughter quickly, and drove my son home. In the car he decided he would rather be at camp than home. I called camp to check on space in his cabin, washed his clothes, and drove him back for another week. That told me EVERYTHING!

YMCA Camp Duncan is the best place! We send our daughter here all summer long and for every school break. She loves it and it keeps her active and making new friends and learning good values.

We attended "Family Camp" at camp Duncan last fall and it was better than any camp experience I ever had as a child. The staff was AMAZING!! Activities were scheduled throughout the day that met the needs and desires of ALL of my family members (mom-42, dad-44, daughter-11, son-10). The food was FABULOUS and appropriate for all diets. The best thing?? It had to be integrity of the YMCA core values from the staff as well as the campers. We hope to send both out daughter and our son to summer camp this year, as well as attend family camp again in the fall!

Great friendly staff - it is amazing how quickly they learn all the kids' names! Excellent at accommodating a kid with special needs. I look forward to sending my son for overnite camp when he is ready. Definitely worth the cost

I have been going to camp duncan since I was nine, and every year makes me want to live there. The staff is so great, I have bonded with my counselors to the point where I consider them my sisters. There are rarely any problems, and although some may see this place as pricey, it is the best there is.

Camp Duncan is the greatest camp in the whole world!!I could not imagine what i would do without it in the summer. I make friends there that i keep in touch with even after 2 years!!I dont have enough room here to write about how amazing camp duncan, but here is my advice:if you are thinking about going there DEFFINENTLY GO!! i love camp duncan with all my heart. it is my second home!!

This will be my 5th year going to camp duncan. I love going hear and making new friends. Everything about this camp os awesome! even my siblings have gone to this camp. I think some day i want to be a counsler there. This is THE BEST camp ever. All of the activitys at overnight camp are GREAT!

I've been there twice for school field trips for the outdoor education program and was pleased both times. They are so nice and funny. They are a religious camp, but that's not what they teach you there. I have an atheist friend who went and had a blast. I woul highly recoomend going there, especially for more than one day and nght.
