I had the privilege to spend several years at this camp as both a camper and a counselor. You will meet some lifelong friends here that quite honestly, you will consider family. The activities are an experience you will never forget which include everything from Swimming to Riflery. The staff go through a rigorous background check as well as quite a bit of safety training so you can feel safe sending your child here. There is not a better camp out there.
If you have a daughter consider their sister camp (which is on the same property) Pleasant Valley Girls Camp which is pretty much the same experience but for girls.

Everything that I wanted my sons to experience from sleep away camp, they did at North Woods YMCA. Outstanding experience, beautiful setting, professional staff. All good!

Exceptional summer camp. North Woods has a long standing tradition of excellence. This summer camp is a perfect place to send your child. Great activities, awesome staff, and an all around perfect summer experience.

North Woods is associated and right next door to Pleasant Valley Camp for girls. North Woods is located in a beautiful part of New Hampshire, with both rolling hills and a great lake!
