Voluntee Program My daughter .16yrs old attended. .Working long hrs every wknd for the past 3 yrs. She isn't shy to hard work. Sadly It's not hard to see Her nature is shy and non confrontational . I believe this is why this male councilor targeted her.
He tormented , degraded and rudely embarrassed my daughter on numerous occasions durnimg her stay. This trusted councilor embarrassed and accused her of slacking off on a signed dutie of pulling weeds. Another occasion she politely asked to retrieve her water bottle from cabin,he flat out refused this right and told her to drink from the communal fountain. Another occasion asking to use washroom for a delicate female issue he again denied her this basic human right . Moving forward ,she was waking towards her cabin and seen this obtuse councilor..She attempted to avoid him by turning around .With a rude tongue and raised tone he once again deliberately centered my daughter out. This behavior needs to be taken seriously.You have

camp kintail is the best ever!! the staff is awesome and they are very acepting in thier own way and i would love to be a staff member next summer and have the time of my life!

Camp Kintail is the best place on earth! All the staff campers and LITs are always so friendly. Camp Kintail = BEST CAMP ON EARTH!!!!

This camp is a great find, and a fantastic bang for your buck. In particular the leader in training program is fantastic, and compared to other camps I've been to, it's a fantastic deal, about $400 cheaper then other LIT programs. The staff are very personable and work hard to ensure that the camp exudes an atmosphere of enthusiasm and excitement. The gorgeous lake front property is fully taken advantage of, with the kids having the opportunity to go out on the lake almost everyday. And the forests are an amazing place to play a game of hide and seek. It's been a fantastic decade at camp, full of times I'll never forget!

I went here as a camper for aobut 6 years, and I absolutely LOVED it. Parents, I guarantee you... your kids will have a blast! It's just a great place to be, and you ALWAYS make friends. I met one gal there in 2000, and we STILL get together whenever we can... adn we're in different cities. :D

Camp Kintail is definitly one of the best summer camps in Ontario. The leaders are very dedicated and your kids will come home with many new friends and with good information about their faith.
