Our first time sailor was hit hard in the head with the boom when being towed (the coach gybed the boat and didn't warn him, or have him pull in the sail). They made our kids watch "george of the jungle" for 1.5 hours the second day when the weather was bad and they couldn't sail. (what about watching sailing? or tying knots?). It was quite an expensive movie to watch on a low quality screen considering what we paid for sailing lessons. Other than these points, the fact that they had the opportunity to sail a boat with a partner and solo was fabulous and a great experience for them. They also had swimming lessons and were able to move on to the next swimming levels. My children liked the coaches. My children would have liked more time on the water and less time playing games on the lawn and less time eating lunch (1 hour).

AWESOME PLACE... this is a school where you learn to sail the teen instructors are great, it isn't full of camp songs and that stuff but we actuly sail on the hamilton bay for the little kids it is 1/2 a day sailing and 1/2 a day swimming lessons and if you are over 12 then it is just sailing all day, if you are going to this camp over the summer the only thing u have do remember is not to bother the older sailors, be respectful of the members AND FOR GOD SAKES STAY ON THE HEAD INSTRUCTOR CHACES GOOD SIDE, it is a great place to be and you learn alot i think he was fired but the best instructors were adam and rowen (beware of adam's feet they have mold on them) although the people there can sometimes be rather scary (including me) they are just joking around last but not least if your name is james and in the summer of 2007 you will be a bronze sail 4 or 5 stay away from this place cuz every time we get a james here he is a bone head and gets on our nerves and gets me hurt all and all
