I went to this camp twice with two differant schools. Once in 4th grade and once in 7th grade. When I went in 4th grade it was the big trip we look forward too through out elementary school. So, despite the fact that the oatmeal was legend for bouncing off the walls and people kept calling it camp MORON on DORKIS island, there was a lot of tradition and love for the camp. Both of these times we were only there for 3 days and it was with all my really close friends. I never got bored but I can see how that could happen. The cabins and grounds could use a little TLC but it's not like they're run down or anything. The forest surrounding the camp are not only beautiful but are hands down the best place to play life and death in the forest and I have a lot of great memories from this place :).

I really liked this camp at first, but it got boring and just plain dumb after a while. The games we played were odd and to be serious, I didn't really learn anything. I stayed there at the camp for a week.
