This is the best and most cost efficient day camp in the area for scouts. The staff are all volunteers and are the greatest. They give so much attention to each camper and care for each one as their own son. There is a sibling camp along with the cub scout day camp so that parents can also participate in camp activities and see how the cubs earn belt loops. There are games, crafts, science and nature, archery and special surprises throughout the four weeks per summer. Boy scouts are encouraged to come and assist as den chiefs and earn merit badges. My son loves day camp and attends three out of the four weeks and meets lots of summer friends every year. At the end of each week, they have a picnic of food and skits for the families and all promise to see each other next year. Always accepting last minute sign-ups.
