Overall, this camp was a positive experience. Fun activities, great bonding time, etc. The downfalls were noticable with the staff. The minimum age is 16 for staff, and unfortunately, it showed. Many teenagers are very capable, however having been to a camp that required the staff to be 18 or older made a difference. We were sometimes told to "shut our mouths" and I once felt very disliked by one of my counselors. However, I do not let one counselor reflect badly upon the entire camp. I returned the next year and was glad I did! Don't let one sour grape ruin the whole batch. Camp Jones Gulch was a very fun time that I would recommend for kids wary of spending more than one week from home.

so the food isn't the best, but it's still on the good side. the memories from just one week makes you want to return year after year.
