I really wish I could give this camp a 0 , 1 is too good for them. This is my 3rd year posting about this camp(the only camp I have ever rated) I feel very strongly about it DONT GO!!

Just a reminder... this is a bad camp... dont go!!! My 2 children have gone to a good camp(camp Downer in Sharon Vt) and loved it!! Please dont make the same mistake that we did... Dont go to Camp Spaulding!!! Ever!!!(ps same person who wrote a review about my child being bullied )

My kids hated this camp. The staff did nothing when my 8 year old was being bullied. I requested that he be moved to anouther cabin and it took them 36 hours to do so... 36 extra hours of severe bulling. When I attempted to file a complaint I got nothing but meaningless words... " We will hire better people next year" My kids have many complaints about the staff argueing with each other and doing nothing to help resolve any conflicts. I pesonally found that no one there would take any responsibility (for anything) and I found a total lack of accountability from top on down. It is frightening that this camp is run by Child and Family Services( the people who are supose to be protecting children) DONT GO!!
