Camp Echo Bridge is unique in that it integrates 'special needs' campers with 'typically developing' campers. The 'typical' campers predominate and many of the 'special needs' kids are well-functioning so it can actually be hard sometimes to tell the difference! My daughter, who is a 'typical' kid, has been attending Echo Bridge for several years and absolutely loves it! They have a very low staff-to-camper ratio - there are lots of counselors, CIT's, volunteers, etc. Many of them have been working there for many years - teachers, college students, etc. The director is fantastic - knows every camper's name and personality. Each week has a different theme and the staff really puts themselves out to make sure each child has a fantastic time. They do many activities - swimming, field trips, games, etc. at summers end. The facilities are ok-it's in a school and they walk to swimming-but it's really the staff that makes it special. They really care about each and every kid.

Echo Bridge is a camp that fosters strong relationships between campers and provides a fun enviroment to take risks and enjoy new experiences. Swimming daily is a bonus for a day camp. And the staff is truly the greatest. Hard to forget about Killer Hockey, simply amazing.
