I have attended here for three years now, and I can personally vouch for this camp. The councilors and staff are so kind, and are always willing to listen to and help campers with whatever they may need. The camp excelled many of my expectations: the food, activities, and people are all so amazing! Attending this camp I have made lifelong friends, and shared many amazing experiences. At this camp, nobody is forgotten or left out. I hope that many more people will attend, and I know that they will have the time of their lives just as I have.

Wonderful traditional summer camp! If your looking for a camp like the parent trap but with more adult supervision this is it. Great typical summer camp activities. Facilities are what you would expect they are clean clean but rugged. Cabins are heated in the winter and have fans in the summer not much more is needed. It is true at meals water must be consumed prior to juice. So drink your water real quick and there will be no issues!!! Camp has a registered nurse on at all times! As long as your child is slightly responsible enough to remember their meds there will be no problem since counselors also keep track of kids medications. I attended this camp for many years as a kid and had a wonderful experience and made new tons of friends!!!!

went to this camp as a teenager and now have returned with my daughter to family camp. Lots of great activities. Yes the facilities could be more modern but everything is functional and the staff is great. If you want 5 star accomodations take a family cruise or spend 2-3x for a "fancy" camp. If you want a great, authentic summer camp at a reasonable price, go to Sky Y.

My 11 year old daughter attended this camp, bathrooms are filthy, cabins hot, liquids at mealtime denied other than tap water, medication not given at time instructed, one of the male supervisors (not counselors)was too militant in his attitude. Variety of activities was fine.

I went to Sky-Y when I was about ten, for three summers in a row. Eight years later and the camp still holds a special place in my heart! It is one of my fondest memories. The counselors and staff are super accommodating and caring, the camp is rugged but cozy, and the activities and events are a blast. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality summer camp!

I went about six years ago, and I had never been to camp before, but the experience was incredible and unforgettable and it definitely left a great first impression for camps for me.
