I went to this camp when I was a brownie.
I remember crying the whole time and the staff not caring, or trying to help.
The nicest person I remember was the nurse, (she let me call home, because I was throwing up from being so homesick) We did group activiies twice a day and all the rest was free time. We were not allowed to run or wear shirts that straps were less than four fingers wide. We had to clean the 'lats' everyday and do our own dishes after dinner.
I did not enjoy Keewaydin at all, for the above reasons. (I am a camp lover and am staff at a much better camp that I have been at for 6 years.)
I am not a fan.

I went there 2 years ago and I hated it because we had to cook our own food and also the outhouses were very unsanitary. My camp leader was very mean and I don't think anyone liked her. She had a cool car though. My FIRST tent had a rip in it so we had to switch tents. At the end of the week we found out that there was a red ant hill under our platform, it was gross. We only went swimming 3 times and the change room was very dirty. It stunk and since it was a public pool there were others there also. I hate Camp Keewaydin. They have a really bad camp song also. The happy song was the only song I liked that I learnt there. The talent show was really bad and no one cheered. It sucked. I hope that I never go again.
