Counsellors go above and beyond to make sure the children feel safe and secure and any homesickness is dealt with with the utmost sensitivity. They're also very good at comforting parents dropping off their youngsters!Safety is a priority at this camp's awesome "Aquapark" (including an inflatable iceberg in the lake) and any issues that arise are handled with amazing patience. I can vouch for that on all fronts as I've been a camper, a counsellor and now a parent to 2 boys who have attended. Its my 7 year old's 2nd year there and my oldest son, who has autism, attended a day camp where the bus picked the kids up in the city an hr away and bussed them, along with specially trained counsellors, to camp and then back at the end of the day. When my children are at Green Hill Lake Camp, I know they're in good hands...

This is a great camp! It is a beautiful to spend the summer. The staff are wonderful with the campers, but amongst the staff there are a lot of cliques and politics. Other than that, a great place to be!

Great staff, awesome activities, amazing food...and a fantastic location!! GHLC is my summer home away from home!
