Beautiful area, amazing food, great staff, even greater experience. Everyone who knows me knows that I don't give ratings like this usually, but this camp is definitely deserving. GO CAMP BERGER!!!

Horrible place - my daughter went for two summers, and it's entirely mismanaged. There abrupt staff departures and a racist incident in which the police were summoned, none of which were explained to the parents. The director is totally unprofessional and inept. My daughter experienced homesickness, and the director accused me and my husband of hiding personal troubles at home that might be setting her off. During visiting days in between sessions, the staff just sitting around with nothing to do and did little to get my daughter excited about staying the night. We thought this camp represented a good value, but we were entirely mistaken.

This camp is great! My daughter just returned there from a week's stay and has nothing but wonderful things to say about her time there -- from the activities, to the counselors to the friends she made. She even liked the food! She is already making plans to go back for two weeks next summer. Simply put, this place is special and I'm so thankful she had the opportunity to experience it.

Great place! My kids had a chance to be kids and unplug and see what being a kid really is supposed to be. Play games, use your imagination, get a little dirty and have fun. I love the cost being so low, you ask how is that possible.. well its simple, they are a simple camp, fun is what they do not extravagant air-conditioned wi-fi driven hotel-like camp...real camp. real fun.

Camp Berger now has a Musical Theatre Week where students have daily classes in voice, acting and dance and perform in a real musical on the Friday night.It is directed by professional theatre directors, choreographers and pit musicians! Costumes, sets, lighting, sound......very professional!

this camp is terrible..but the camp next door, camp wahnee is amazing. I just had my first summer there from switching and it was amazing and i love it...GO WAHNEE
