Good things: they kept the kids very busy and went on some pretty fun field trips. Mediocre things: facility is pretty run down. Bad things/deal breakers: security/safety! I walked in, all the way to my kid and NO one questioned who I was. Front door swings open all day long....directly into a parking lot. Kids are playing out side and the pool area is not locked. Kids were riding their bikes around the pool! The worst was when I picked my child up and saw a child sitting on the sidewalk--outside of the facility and 3 ft from a parking lot--all by himself--in the pouring rain. This was considered a time out. Completely unacceptable.
