I went to Beam last year and I really liked it. My counslor's were really nice. The only flaw was that my cabin was kind of harsh. Like the girls started to gang up on each other. I loved this camp, and I reccomend it to any one who is into crafts, projects, and building.

i loved this camp it is the best every one is nice caring and the facilitys are nice and if you really want to go to sleep away camp then go to Beam.

THIS CAMP IS HORRIBLE. dont go, its way overpriced. the staff is all really old like 28, and they are so strict of camp rules. they have to walk you back to your cabin!!!! hello im 13?! the cabins and bathrooms are pretty good. the activities are all wack. like corn ice cream making? it was nasty. they are obsessed with being creative and they dont do any classic camp things. barely anyone knew how to kayak or canoe. the attention is good is you want it, but all the conselers do is follow you everywhere. im not gonna get lost!!! the camp is too expensive for bad stuff like this. at the camp, we have a project, like we make stupid huge useless things. like we made geodesic domes. all the kids there go to one school, so all of them know each other and its barely a camp. and everyones family goes there, its a family get-a-way. this is not a camp!! they wouldnt let us play red rover, because its too dangerous. and if you are an older kid u have to watch the younger kids. DO NOT GO!
