I can only say good things about Namanu, to this day it holds a special place in my heart. Each summer full of joyful memories. The food is pretty great and they offer options for people with allergies. They are a very inclusive camp full of amazing concealers and staff members! As you get older you get to live in cabins where you connect with nature!!! So please you will not regret going to Namanu’s Summer Program!!!

Some of the best times of my life have been spent at Namanu. Some of these comments are quite baffling to me to be honest. The one about the s**** camp director is correct, but she was thankfully fired years ago.

If you want your kid to march all day & come home sad, go to this camp! When my 6 year old tried to run around he was yelled at and sent to the back of a line of kids....the summer day camp program is full of baby toys & dirty classrooms & mean counselors. Never seen the happy spark taken out of my kid’s eyes like a day at Namanu.

This camp sucked the condolers sucked and the food was terrible .I recommend to never ever come here it sucks.

This was the most poorly run camp I have ever come across...in fact I would not even consider this a camp but a training ground for teaching kids to be elitest entitlers. The program director was a all out male Christian hater and although she "preached" tolerance, she practiced the exact opposite. I will never set foot on this unholy place and I pray that the property, which is breathtaking, can and will be taken over by a group that will teach children to respect the land and all people, not just the like minded.

I really love this camp and have gone to ranch for four years there. Over the past several years, the ranch has been getting worse. They have decreased the two-week session to only eleven days this year, have ruined the food, have very little vegetarian options (I had to eat peanut butter and bread the first few days even though the form we filled out said I was vegetarian-they just didn't have vegetarian options), and do not have running water at the ranch because the well ran dry about three years ago and they haven't been able to fix it yet. They also put six people in one tiny cabin and allow way too many people in so that the camp is really crowded and they split us in half so we almost never get to see the other half of the campers. We also almost never get to trot or canter in the two-week session, which really annoys all of the campers. I still really love the camp and always look forward to going there during the summer.

Camp Namanu holds a very special place in my heart. As a camper who has spent the past Nine summers under namanu's beautiful tree's I cannot begin to express my passion for this camp in words. The staff is unbelievable. These people spend so much time working to make Namanu amazing because to everybody there it is so much more than a camp. You can tell by the enthusiasm held by everybody from the mini bluewingers (5 and 6 year olds) to the staff that it's nothing but pure bliss to be there. I may be somewhat biased but over the past nine years and 18 weeks i've spent walking namanu's magestic trails i've never once had a bad experiance. I long for namanu during the school year and my closest friends are the ones i've met here. The feeling you get while you're there is indescribable. I promise, that if you send your children they will have the time of their lives. It's like nothing else.

i really hated this camp cuz the horses were treated badly. Also i was in the advanced group and they didnt let you do any trotting at all. This camp is crazy i hate it. Also i couldnt finish the food (FYI it was crappy) and then they called my parents cuz i wouldnt eat. I mean seriously? i was full! is not finishing food a crime? also they put me on the "list". they had this crappy was of making you do the right thing. If ur name was on the "list" 3 times you couldnt come back to the camp. Ever. Just a heads up. :)

I had payed good money to go the ranch at this camp. But each day when we where done riding all we did was make lame crafts, and if we where lucky we mucked the**** ridden pasture in 100 degree weather. Also the poor horses where treated the same as the crap and where so out of shape they could only walk and trot. So if you still have time too go to another camp I highly advise it.

THIS CAMP ROCKS!! It'll be my 3rd time going thi summer and I can't wait! The food is really good and the site is beautiful. Anyone who hates this camp is a crazy psycho.

i loved this camp so so so so so so much i did not want to leave i cryed so every one is stupid if they think this camp is retartid becouse this camp is the best camp ever and i cant waut til i get into high skool becouse i eant to become a student councler.....i also loved every one there and i met a lot if kids there.. from your friend camp namanu chick...
