Click to report rating    4/14/13   5     5     5     5     5   my family loves glacier hollow. It gives kids an opportunity to get away from cell phones, ipods, and really appreciate the environment. Great location centrally located between Stevens Point and Appleton, WI. RID: 44260
Click to report rating    2/3/13   5     5     4     4     5   I love how this camp has three different pricing for all different families. My daughter has gone to wise spirits 3 years in a row and absolutely loves it! Each year on the drive home, she talks about swimming in the lake, campfires, songs, and games. The food, she says, is delicious, and she is a picky eater. Great camp, great experience! RID: 43554
Click to report rating    7/19/07   5     4     4     5     5   Our son recently attended the beginning adventurers camp. He was there for 3 nights and 4 days. The camp is set on a private spring fed lake nestled in the woods. He had camp fires on the beach every night. There are two boys' cabins and two girls' cabins amongst mature trees. there is a combination dinning hall and rec hall, trails, open fields, beach, swimming and canoes and kayaks. He tells us he loved the food and the counselors and had a great time meeting new friends. This was his first time and he is already wanting us to look into dates for next year. The camp is simple and has an environmental aspect to it. This has been the perfect setting for our 9 year old. The bathrooms and showers could use some updating but my son who can be picky about cleanliness was fascinated by the fact they use solar power to heat the water . He was lucky to be in a small size group and gots lots of personalized attention. The staff really impressed us and him. We'll be back next year. RID: 13131
