This camp is awesome! The staff is great and my girls had a great time. Thank goodness that there's a wholesome camp for my girls to go to!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The facilities are great for groups - really enjoyed the sleeping pads provided in the group cabins. Kitchen facilities are great for providing meals for our group of 15. And, it's only 8 miles from the highway, although you feel like you're out in the wilderness.

This is a Girl Scout camp called "Horseing around". Not much fun! Not much horses! No lake or pool. Both my daughters came back starving and complaining about the meals and how boring it was. We went to an open house prior to inspect the camp. We were misled about the program. They had to share the facilities and horses with a Day camp. It cost about 30-50% more than other camps but I figured I was paying for the use of the horses. My daughter has been to other summer camps and usually is singing camp songs and excited and doesn't want to leave or wants to go back next year. Not this time. They didn't have a consistant counicler. Miserable waste of money. My daughters were so glad to be home.
The camp did have a health inspection of the campers by a nurse before they were allowed to be droped off for the week which we did appreaciate.
