I rated the facilities poorly because the air conditioning was often non-existent, my daughter reported seeing roaches, and the kids had to walk around campus to get from place to place. However, my daughter also reported having a great time and especially enjoyed the daily dip in the pool, the sign language classes, and the chances to play. Further, my husband and I felt that she was safe and enjoyed the academic and living history lessons provided at the historically Black school (priceless!)
