club getaway was a awesome place to spend an adults weekend i went over mdw and even though the weather was not up to pare it was so much dun all the games and the way the staff really helped everyone to feel comfotable and the food and drinks were amazing!!! definitely a great place to go with your friends for a singles weekend! Always a blast!

I haven't attended their camp but I went there for 1 day with my school. One of the staff was really mean to me because when they gave us rice Krispy treats he threw it up in the air and it hit me in the eye he laughed at me.... They aren't promising.... THE CABINS ARE HORRIBLE!! And the food was nothing special.. They had long lines for everything and do not go there .

I have gone twice and honestly i thought it was alot of fun I have met so many new, good friends. Over the past year I have noticed that the staff got alot stricter with curfew and scheduling but when you have a good counselor it makes it so much more fun. The only downside is that they got rid of the banana boat:(. Oh and the food is kind of gross but the mac n' cheese is good, when i got home i lost three pounds (wich is alot for me) I would go to club getaway if I were you!

The staff hardly pays attention. The food was good, but the staff forced you to do the activities. It stunk badly, and they were washing the dishes in the lake nearby with people kayaking and swimming. It was disgusting. They were also ripoffs. The gift shop sold useless junk for around 15-40 dollars. Families and schools do not plan a trip here. It will be a horrible summer vacay.

I did not stay at Club Getaway very long. It was fun...for the first 2 days!! I got stuck in the WORST bunk and after awhile the activities get pretty boring. I was left out but found new true friends who i still talk too. The food is pretty gross and when i got home i lost alot of weight and smelled TERRIBLE!!

THERE IS NO OTHER PLACE, CLOSE TO NYC, WHERE YOU CAN ACTUALLY "GET AWAY" FROM IT ALL, MAKE NEW FRIENDS, PARTAKE IN AWESOME FUN FILLED ACTIVITIES, EXPERIENCE GREAT FOOD, PARTY LIKE THERE IS NO TOMORROW AND CREATE MEMORIES THAT LAST A LIFE TIME. I AM HOOKED......I WILL BE BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN... HONESTLY THERE IS NO OTHER PLACE THAT COULD COMPARE VALUE WISE.... THE PLACE IS GREAT....DON'T CHANGE A THING!!!!

I have gone many years w/ my summer camp kids, then finally went for one of the "adult weekends" what a blast we had!!! The staff is the best love you guys. Hannah, Craig, Ethan you guys are awesome. Eveyone keep up the good wok. For anyone that thinks it's a little too rustic and would like soap & shampoo....this isn't the place for you. This is camping w/ all the extras. Like heat & air conditioning. It is the best place!!

Luv Club Getaway. Went twice so far and I'm hooked. Awesome activities, scenic atmosphere, nice getaway from Manhattan, wonderful staff. Had the best time both times and made some amazing friends. Great way to bring out the child in you while having adult fun. Can't wait to go back!

Just got back from my first weekend at Club Getaway. It was a holiday sports weekend. Overall, thought it was lots of fun & I would go back. On the plus sides, very convenient to NY city, very pretty location, great activities, great people & pretty good food. On the other hand, activities seemed to fill up way too quickly. When I am on vacation, it is nice to make decisions at the last minute, and many events you had to sign up for in advance for. This place also NEEDS a gym...really! Other negatives were mostly in the accommodations. Would it kill them to give you a couple of mini-bars of soap and some shampoo? While it IS camp, cabins could be a little nicer. We had four people in our room and did not even have a closet or a dresser! But AWESOME people...I will be back!

Club Getaway is so much fun. I went there with my camp for 3 years in a row. It was so great and the food was really tasty.

Club Getaway is amazing! It is located in a nice area with plenty of scenic attractions. Although some of the cabins could be in better shape, they are still fun to stay in. The atmosphere there is great, and I had a blast every time i went. It is a great place to be with friends and make great memories. My camp went there every year, and i can honestly say it was the trip everyone looked forward too the most!

Club Getaway is literally a dump. the facilities are old and filthy. the rooms are hot and could use a cleaning or remodeling. there are bugs everywhere. the food and activities i went to with my camp we satisfactory. it was a trip i lived to regret.

club getaway rox!!! i went with my camp last summer and the activites were the best!!!! especially the lake. however, they HAVE TO get new mattreses for the bunk beds b/c they are horible, and new bathrooms- the toliet broke in 2 cabins at least- and besides the bugs- everything wuz great
